Medical Center of The Rockies MOB II
Loveland, Colorado
A three story 84,996 s.f. core & shell medical office
building. This building includes an enclosed link to
Medical Center of The Rockies. On this project we were
able to use a unique construction process called
"panelizing" which was a great benefit to the
construction schedule. This building also houses a
40,000 s.f. tenant on the entire second floor and half
of the first known as the Greeley Medical Clinic. This
tenant houses medical exam rooms, MRI, CAT scan, X-Ray
rooms and supporting offices.
