Winning
customer confidence
The Corcoran Company’s
focus on performance and product quality has won support
from building professionals.
Despite the best plans and intentions,
a commercial construction project can quickly evolve
into chaos if not for the attitude and resolve of those
involved. The Corcoran Company has been fortunate to
consistently work with many of the leading builders on Colorado’s
Front Range. And after 15 years of successful projects,
The Corcoran Company has been, in turn, recognized by
regional builders for its performance and
quality-oriented focus.
"In any project the drywaller is
a huge factor," says Greg Orr, a Project Manager
with Delta Construction. "The other subcontractors
have to get in before, during and after the drywall
contractor’s work."

The Corcoran Company’s
steel stud, drywall hanging and finishing work, says
Orr, has, in his experience, been well coordinated with
the work of electricians, plumbers, painters and other
specialty contractors – which Orr attributes to
"very good communication" from The Corcoran
Company personnel both in the office and in the field.
"It seems that everyone, from the receptionist to
Kevin Corcoran himself is aware of what’s happening on
the job."
Scheduling is another factor that can
affect progress for everyone on a project. "The
Corcoran Company usually beats their schedule,"
says Drahota Construction Project Manager Jeff Jensen.
"They’re always looking for ways to improve the
schedule, which is a real benefit to us general
contractors. When they push their schedule it creates a
snowball effect that pushes the rest of the subs to push
their (respective) schedules."
Jensen adds that the pace of The
Corcoran Company’s work does not sacrifice the end
result. "The quality of their work is top notch,
and the punch list is usually minimal when we follow
Corcoran. In fact, you can ask any painting company that’s
followed them and they’ll tell you they like following
The Corcoran Company because their finishers do a great
job."
"The work has to be done right
the first time."
